Kalispell Electric
Kalispell Electric was founded in 1978 by
Jerry Oftedahl, Jim Michlig, and Cal Sweet after
working on the Alaskan Pipeline project from 1974 to
spring of 1978. We attribute the success of the
company on the effective coupling of a professional
staff and satisfied customers. Our organization
demonstrates an ability to provide electrical
construction activities that assist the customer from
budget planning through completion of their project.
We have developed strong
relationships with a select group of general
contractors that recognize Kalispell Electric, Inc. as
an electrical subcontractor that works well in
negotiated team-oriented projects. It is our plan
to concentrate our efforts to expand this market share
by providing the same quality of services.
Our primary concern is for the health and safety of
our employees. We maintain a Safety / Hazard
Communication program and our Safety Coordinator is
Mark VanDerveer. We currently enjoy a low Workers'
Compensation rate. Safety records are
available upon request.
